We are seeking an exceptional Executive Assistant to provide high-level support to two C-Suite executives within a leading insurance organisation. This is an excellent opportunity for a proactive, highly organised EA who thrives in a fast-paced, professional environment and is comfortable operating at senior leadership level. As a trusted partner to the executives, you will manage a complex and demanding workload, ensuring seamless day-to-day support and enabling the executive to focus on strategic priorities. You will act as a key point of contact both internally and externally, maintaining the highest levels of professionalism, discretion and efficiency.
 
The successful candidate will have previous experience operating at C-Suite level, preferably within insurance or professional services. Excellent hybrid working available: 2-3 days per week in the office.
 
What you’ll do:
  • Extensive and complex diary management across multiple stakeholders and time zones
  • Coordinating meetings, board and executive committee schedules and senior stakeholder engagements
  • Managing inboxes, prioritising communications and drafting correspondence where required
  • Preparing meeting agendas, presentations, reports, and briefing materials
  • Arranging domestic and international travel including all logistics and itineraries
  • Building strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders
  • Handling confidential and sensitive information with absolute discretion
  • Assisting with projects and business initiatives as required
 
What you’ll need:
  • Previous experience supporting C-Suite or Executive-level leaders
  • Previous experience within the insurance sector is strongly desired
  • Outstanding organisational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Professional, proactive, and highly confidential in approach
