This is a Monday – Friday role and will be remote, with regular visits to head office.\n\nIf this role is of interest to you, please apply online.\n\nRole of River Cruise Commercial & Trading Executive\n\n * Act as the primary commercial contact for river cruise partners across the brand.\n\n * Build and strengthen relationships with key suppliers through regular engagement and strategic collaboration.\n\n * Develop and execute targeted marketing and growth plans that drive sales and partner success.\n\n * Negotiate exclusive offers, competitive rates, and innovative package products.\n\n * Identify new routes to market and uncover fresh commercial opportunities.\n\n * Monitor trading performance and respond quickly to market trends and rate movements.\n\n * Select and promote the strongest offers for inclusion in marketing campaigns.\n\n * Collaborate closely with Product Operations and wider business teams to deliver successful campaigns.\n\n * Ensure river cruise brands are effectively represented across all customer touchpoints.\n\n * Analyse campaign performance and sales results, using insights to optimise future activity.\n\n * Manage weekly trading calls and monthly supplier meetings.\n\n * Produce regular performance reports and track key commercial targets.\n\n * Identify growth opportunities and recommend strategies to maximise performance.\n\n * Lead the planning and delivery of river cruising events from concept through to execution.\n\n * Communicate effectively across the business to ensure alignment on launches, campaigns, and commercial priorities.\n\nSkills required for the role:\n\n * Previous experience in the river cruise / cruise market.\n\n * Strong commercial awareness and negotiation skills.\n\n * Excellent relationship-building and communication abilities.\n\n * A proactive mindset with the ability to identify opportunities and deliver results.\n\n * Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.\n\n * Confidence working across multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.\n\nIf you’re interested in learning more about this River Cruise Commerical & Trading Executive role, please press the apply online button now!\n\nNot for you?
